SOCIABLY

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of SOCIABLY, a product of Apps Sensation Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation (Ontario Corporation No. 1934162) (“we”, “us”). By using SOCIABLY you agree to them.

1. The service

SOCIABLY lets you plan, schedule and publish content to social media accounts you connect, and, under our managed option, lets us do so on your behalf with your approval. Features and supported channels may change over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect any social account or Page you add.

3. Connected platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and X). You must follow their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, limits, approvals or changes. A platform may limit, delay or reject a post, and we cannot guarantee delivery.

4. Your content

You own your content. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it only to operate the service for you. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to publish it and that it does not break the law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SOCIABLY to send spam, publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, circumvent platform limits, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or end access for violations or to comply with platform rules or law.

6. Managed service (“Do it For Them”)

Where we publish on your behalf, we will do so within the scope and approvals you give us. You remain responsible for the final content and for having the right to post it.

7. Fees

Any fees will be agreed with you in writing or shown before you commit. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once service has been delivered.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of SOCIABLY. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using SOCIABLY and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described above. On termination we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts in Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Questions: support@appssensation.com.
